PRODUCT INFO

  • Where is the artwork made?
My artwork is entirely handmade by me at my home studio in Keaau on the Big Island of Hawaii.

  • How long does it take to make an art piece?
Depending on the product, it may take me 1-5 days to complete a piece. Jewelry can be done in a day but larger pieces usually take 2-5 days. The larger and more elaborate the piece, the longer it takes to create it.

  • What materials are used in the making of each piece?
Boroscilicate glass is used in the making of my artwork. Metal oxides such as silver nitrate and cobalt oxide are used to add color and detail to each piece.

  • Will I be receiving the exact piece that I see on the site?
No. I make every piece to order. No two turtles, octopuses, etc are ever the same. All are unique in their own way.


ORDERING & SHIPPING

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or the continental U.S. orders usually take 2-7 days to arrive once shipped.

  • Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. I ship with USPS and to wherever USPS ships.

  • How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is free if you live in Hawaii, Alaska or the continental U.S. If you live outside of the U.S. shipping cost will vary depending on box size, weight and your location.


EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Can I exchange my art piece if I am unhappy with it?
It makes me happy when my customers are happy. But, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, contact info and reason for the requested exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back. The art piece must be received by us in resellable condition in order to be exchanged.

  • Can I return my purchase and get a refund?
No. All sales are final.


DAMAGED PIECES & REPAIRS

  • What do I do if my art piece arrives damaged?
We make every effort to ensure orders are securely packed but unfortunately in the course of shipping, an item is sometimes damaged. If your order arrives damaged, immediately email photos of the damaged piece and box to [email protected]. Include your name and phone number. We will contact you with further instructions and ensure that you receive a piece that you are happy with.

  • Can you repair damaged pieces?

I may possibly be able to repair your beloved piece. Please email photos and your contact info. I will asses the damages and let you know if it is repairable or not. You will be responsible for the cost of repair and shipping.


CUSTOM ORDERS


I welcome custom orders and the opportunity to get creative. If you have a custom design in mind, email it to me, and if possible we'll work together to make it happen.
